How It Works

We’ll schedule your annual inspection at a convenient time for you.

If and when you need us, just give us a call — as a member you’ll receive priority scheduling and your 5% discount.

When you’re due for your annual water heater flush, we’ll apply your member discount and schedule the flush at your convenience.

Your membership renews automatically each month for only $25 — cancelling is easy if you ever decide to stop.

Member Terms & Details

$25 billed monthly. Membership remains active as long as payments are current.
Water heater flush benefit is valid once per 12-month period and must be scheduled in advance.
Annual inspection is included at no extra charge; any repairs identified will be invoiced separately (member discount applies).
The 5% discount applies only to eligible service calls and cannot be combined with other special offers unless stated.
Priority scheduling means we will aim to schedule your visit within 48 hours of your call during normal business hours; after-hours/emergency scheduling may vary.
