Joseph Fiore May 15, 2026I recently had my older natural gas water heater proactively replaced by Joe the Plumber, and overall I’m extremely happy with the experience and the finished result. This was a somewhat difficult installation due to a very tight utility space and the need for a specific-sized Bradford White unit. From the beginning, the company was responsive and professional in answering my questions, including providing the exact model number ahead of time and discussing concerns I had about the floor underneath the old heater. Keith and Vinny completed the installation, and the workmanship came out excellent. The new Bradford White water heater fits perfectly in the space, the piping and venting look very clean and professionally done, and the entire setup feels significantly more solid and updated than the old installation. What I appreciated most was that they approached the job realistically and carefully. Once the old heater was removed, they evaluated the condition of the flooring underneath before proceeding, and they were able to reinforce the area properly and complete the installation the same day. Replacing a water heater can be stressful, especially when dealing with an aging gas unit and a tight install space, but the final result gave me a lot of peace of mind. The team clearly knew what they were doing, and I would absolutely recommend Joe the Plumber to anyone looking for professional and experienced plumbing work.

I hope I can help you narrow that down to take a little stress your decision. I worked in the trades once upon a time so I can say that Joe the Plumber and Son is the real deal. They are professional, friendly, straight forward, and know what they are doing. There are no cutting corners, false promises, or worries that you didn’t get the absolute best work completed you could ask for. I had a complicated repair that had to be made. I have knowledge of such repairs from the past and they can become very complicated. Keith and Gio made it look easy. They looked at what needed to be done, came up with a plan and got it done. They cleaned up every last spec of debris and obviously made sure the repair was good to go. I would not hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

He had my sump pump replaced within 45 minutes. Joe was professional, friendly and did great work! Very happy! Just called joe, the plumber.On march eleventh two thousand twenty six to replace a toilet seat.I just couldn't get the old one off.And his son Vinny was here within an hour, and had the job done in two minutes.I cannot recommend them highly enough!
