I recently had my older natural gas water heater proactively replaced by Joe the Plumber, and overall I’m extremely happy with the experience and the finished result. This was a somewhat difficult installation due to a very tight utility space and the need for a specific-sized Bradford White unit. From the beginning, the company was responsive and professional in answering my questions, including providing the exact model number ahead of time and discussing concerns I had about the floor underneath the old heater. Keith and Vinny completed the installation, and the workmanship came out excellent. The new Bradford White water heater fits perfectly in the space, the piping and venting look very clean and professionally done, and the entire setup feels significantly more solid and updated than the old installation. What I appreciated most was that they approached the job realistically and carefully. Once the old heater was removed, they evaluated the condition of the flooring underneath before proceeding, and they were able to reinforce the area properly and complete the installation the same day. Replacing a water heater can be stressful, especially when dealing with an aging gas unit and a tight install space, but the final result gave me a lot of peace of mind. The team clearly knew what they were doing, and I would absolutely recommend Joe the Plumber to anyone looking for professional and experienced plumbing work.
